- 1 Tbsp oil

- In a bowl add Maida, carrom seeds and salt and mix. Add water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 10 mins
- In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies. Sauté for 1-2 mins. Add roughy grated paneer, mashed potatoes and mix well
- Add chopped capsicum, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, peri peri powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook until well done. Set aside to cool
- Beat the dough once more and make 2 balls. Roll in oval shape and cut into half. Fold like a cone and add 1 Tbsp of the stuffing. Smear water on edges of the cones and make two pleats in the centre and fold and pinch. Set aside. Complete for the rest of the batches
- Place a kadhai with salt on medium-low flame and place a steel stand. Grease the Samose with melted butter to get a shine and grease a little of the melted butter on a plate where the Samose will be placed.
- Place the Samose on the plate and place that on the steel stand. Close the Kadhai with lid and bake for 25 mins
- Once done set aside
- Plate with Green Chutney and enjoy with tea
